Well, plan C.

This plan is the easiest one. I would be visiting friends of mine in Germany, at the same time taking a course on the German language. It's a purely educational gap year.

The expenses could be very high.

This is Plan B:

Start from Beijing on the Trans-Siberian train to Siberia. This is probably the most extreme travel I am planning to do.

The Journey consists of Walking, and Surviving, reaching Moscow. Hopefully, I could pick up some of the language.

The last gap year plan I produced might be a little bit more expensive, so here I have my alternative - a backpacking tour in Japan. I'm aiming to learning the language, which is the most important part of this travel, at the same time, I might do some skiing, climbing etc. Also, this journey would be recorded in my v-cam and made into a mini film.
